Product Overview
PROscan® Active V2 is a network topology and diagnostic software solution designed to quickly map, document and analyse PROFINET and Industrial Ethernet networks. It provides a detailed view of the actual network structure, including connected devices, device information, port status and network connections.
The software can detect the real network topology and display important device information such as IP and MAC addresses, device names and types, order numbers and hardware and software versions. It also provides port statistics and network diagnostics to support commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting.
PROscan® Active V2 includes a comparison scan function that highlights changes between network scans, helping users identify changes to hardware and software versions, port statistics and network structure. When used together with the PROFINET-INspektor® NT, the software can also display the current status of network devices directly within the topology using graphical status indicators.
The software supports the creation of acceptance documentation and allows scanned topologies to be edited, saved and printed, making it suitable for network commissioning, documentation and ongoing maintenance.
