The PROmesh U5 is an unmanaged industrial Ethernet switch with five 100 Mbit/s RJ45 ports, designed for reliable data communication in smaller to medium-sized PROFINET and Industrial Ethernet networks.
Its compact metal housing, passive cooling and DIN-rail mounting make it well suited to industrial control cabinets and automation environments. The switch supports PROFINET Conformance Class A and PROFINET prioritisation, while additional functions such as One-Key VLAN and Flow Control can be activated using the integrated DIP switches.
The PROmesh U5 provides a straightforward plug-and-play solution for bus, star and ring network structures where managed-switch functionality is not required. Its robust construction and extended operating temperature range support reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
