Product Overview
The PROmesh B8 is a managed industrial Ethernet switch designed for reliable and high-performance communication in PROFINET and EtherNet/IP networks. With eight 100 Mbit/s RJ45 ports and a 6.3 Gbit/s backplane capacity, it provides flexible network connectivity for industrial automation applications.
The switch combines managed network functionality with integrated diagnostic features, allowing network parameters such as 24 V supply, temperature, port statistics and network load to be monitored. Redundancy functions including MRP and RSTP support network availability, while the integrated web interface provides convenient configuration and monitoring.
The compact metal housing and DIN-rail mounting make the PROmesh B8 suitable for installation in industrial control cabinets. Support for PROFINET and EtherNet/IP engineering files also simplifies integration into existing automation systems.
