Product Overview
The PROmesh P28+R is a high-performance, fully managed industrial Ethernet switch designed for demanding PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and industrial network infrastructures. Its 19-inch rack-mounted design provides high-density connectivity for central network segments, control rooms and industrial backbone applications.
The switch provides full Gigabit Ethernet connectivity with SFP+ uplinks supporting data rates of up to 10 Gbit/s. It combines advanced network management with integrated diagnostics, including online cable diagnostics, network performance monitoring and environmental monitoring for parameters such as EMC, temperature, humidity and leakage current.
The PROmesh P28+R supports advanced redundancy functions including MRP, Multi MRP, RSTP and MSTP, while integrated firewall and NAT routing functions provide additional control and security for industrial network infrastructures.
Three hardware configurations are available, allowing the switch to be selected according to the required combination of RJ45 and fibre-optic connections.
