Product Overview
The EtherNet/IP-INspektor® is an intelligent, passive diagnostic and monitoring device for analysing EtherNet/IP and Ethernet networks during operation. It continuously evaluates network communication and records important quality parameters, helping engineers identify developing communication problems and network abnormalities before they result in production interruptions.
The device analyses parameters such as network load, data throughput, update times, telegram gaps, telegram jitter, repeated telegrams, error frames, device diagnostics and device failures. Events can be stored and reviewed directly on the device or through its integrated web interface.
The EtherNet/IP-INspektor® can be used for network acceptance, commissioning, maintenance and continuous condition monitoring. Its passive measurement approach allows network communication to be monitored without actively interfering with the communication process.
